Postage
Orders placed before 11.30 am Monday to Friday will normally be processed that day and passed to the carrier. Orders placed after this time will normally be processed the following day. Orders placed after 11.30 am on a Friday or at the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Although we aim to process orders as quickly as possible sometimes heavy demand/systems failure can cause delays.
Pete Tindal’s Airplanes offer two postage options for most products ordered for UK delivery. Royal Mail First Class is usually the cheapest option for small items but sometimes suffer delays.
UK mail is a courier option and will normally be used when an item is wanted urgently.
UK Mail will normally deliver the next day after order processing. Tracking is available with UK Mail.
When an order’s value exceeds a preset figure, weight or volume UK Mail will be the only option available.
Profilm is always sent Royal Mail to the UK and postage costs are calculated based upon weight.
Once an order has been passed to the carrier it will no longer be the responsibility of Pete Tindal’s Airplanes.
If an item has been ordered in error the price paid for the item(s) when returned will be refunded. Postage will not be refunded.
Cancellations and Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you feel you wish to return your item(s) you may do so up to seven working days after the day you received your goods for a full refund.
You must notify us in writing, an email will suffice, of your intention to return a purchase. Items must then be returned to us unused in original packaging for a refund less postage costs.
